Forre os tabuleiros com papel vegetal. Polvilhe a bancada com farinha, estique a massa com o rolo e corte com as formas de vários desenhos. Deixe espaço entre as bolachas para que não colem. Leve ao forno, regule a temperatura 180º e deixe cozinhar 10 minutos (ou até começarem a alourar). Retire do lume, descole do papel com uma espátula e deixe arrefecer. </span><br />
